Student Ministry (7th-12th Grade) facebook 

Students in 7th-12th grade are not merely the future of the church, they are vital to the present life of the church. At Dogwood Hills, we invest in the rising generation to help give them a foundation for spiritual growth but also to give them opportunities to serve in the church now to train them to be fully functioning believers. In other words, we aim to train them to be hitters and not just sitters.


Regular Schedule:

Bible Study: Sundays @ 9:30 a.m.

gathering/awanaYM: Wednesdays @ 6:45 p.m./6:30 p.m. (see below)


All of our student ministry workers and children's ministry workers must be approved by church staff and must pass a nationwide criminal and sex offender background check.

Students are engaged with foundational truths from God's word in a variety of formats such as a Bible book study or a video series with discussion.

gathering/awanaYM

gathering is Dogwood Hills Student Ministry's Wednesday large group meeting @ 6:45 p.m. for 7th-12th grade students to play games, worship, and hear a message from the Bible. Bring a friend or two or three.


awanaYM is our Bible study program during the school year. Students can just show up for Bible study and games and/or worship, or they can use the companion curriculum for personal growth at home, too.
